1. Seasonal Flower Availability & Substitutions

Flowers are natural, perishable products subject to seasonal and weather availability. While we always strive to match bouquet photos precisely, occasionally slight substitutions of equal or higher value may occur to ensure ultimate bloom freshness.

2. Delivery Time Slots & Recipient Availability

Deliveries are conducted during the selected time slot (Morning, Afternoon, Evening). If the recipient is unavailable, our courier will attempt contact via the provided telephone number or coordinate safe handoff with building reception or neighbors.

3. Freshness Guarantee & Cancellation

Because floral items are freshly assembled to order, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. We guarantee fresh blooms for a minimum of 5 days with proper hydration care.
